Yes. Every product is sourced directly from authorized distributors. Authenticity is non-negotiable — we would not exist as a business without it.
How do the machines work?+
Browse the display, make your selection on the digital keypad, tap your card or phone to pay, and the machine dispenses your product. The entire experience takes under a minute from browse to pull.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
All machines accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via contactless tap. No cash, no coins — seamless and fast.
Where can I find a machine?+
We're expanding across Southern California — Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Ventura County. Visit our Locations page for the latest map and upcoming openings.
How can my business host a machine?+
Visit our Partnerships page to learn more. We handle delivery, setup, inventory, and maintenance. You provide the space and watch your customers come back for more.
How Much Will Each Product Cost?+
Pricing will vary by product and will always be clearly marked on the display before you pay. No surprises.
Are the machines restocked regularly?+
Yes. Each machine is professionally serviced and restocked on a scheduled rotation. Low inventory is never a problem — we track it remotely.
Can I request a specific product for a location?+
We don't take individual product requests, but we pay attention to what's moving at each location and adjust inventory accordingly. If there's something you want to see more of, reach out.
What happens if a machine malfunctions?+
Machines are monitored remotely. If a transaction doesn't complete correctly, our support team is notified immediately. Reach out to us at alex@vantablackcollective.com and we'll make it right — fast.
